Landscape Construction Technician

Job Summary
Join our landscape construction team as a Landscape Construction Technician/Driver and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this role, you will operate various vehicles and machinery, assist with landscape installation and maintenance, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties

• Driver positions require safely operating trucks, trailers, and other landscape machinery to transport materials and equipment to and around job sites
• Completing landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscape bed materials such as rock and mulch.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, trimming , irrigation system repairs.
• Use hand tools and power tools for tasks including digging, trenching, planting, and general site preparation.
• Support construction projects by assisting with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements Driver Positions:

• Valid Florida driver’s license with 3+ years of clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles, towing trailers and safe driving techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance of trucks and trailers.

All Positions:

• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or irrigation systems, landscape installation and trimming techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
• Strong attention to safety procedures and the ability to follow detailed instructions

Hourly pay offered will be commensurate with applicants experience and abilities. 90 day probationary period for all new hires, benefits, pay increases and bonus will be available after 90 days of satisfactory full time employment.
