Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning trees, and gardening to ensure healthy and vibrant outdoor spaces
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for planting, edging, aerating, and other landscaping activities
• Support installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
• Help with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth

Experience

• Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping tasks such as lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous
• Knowledge of horticulture principles or previous work in construction or outdoor maintenance is a plus
• Ability to operate equipment like excavators, tractors and skid steer, is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be available for those interested
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and outdoor construction environments
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
