Material Handler / Warehouse Specialist

Hours: Monday - Friday, 5am to 1:30pm
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Location: Vandalia, Ohio 45377
Experience: 3+ years of forklift experience and work within a warehouse environment.

Pridestaff, a national recruiting and staffing firm, has been asked to partner with a premier name in the commercial air distribution and industrial ventilation industry.  They originated in Dayton, and have expanded their reach across the entire state of Ohio. As they continue to grow rapidly, they are looking for dedicated Material Handlers to keep their supply chain moving efficiently and ensure that high-quality HVAC products get to their customers on time.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Keep Product Moving: Safely transport in-progress components and finished products (like fans, ductwork, and wall box housings) between our dock/delivery area and storage areas.
• Inventory Control: Accurately receive incoming product, materials, and stock inventory, maintaining an organized warehouse space.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and stage inventory for pack/assembly or express delivery, ensuring everything meets our top-tier shipping guarantees.
• Safety & Collaboration: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and collaborate closely with our Dock team, Pack team, and Supervisors.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• Prior experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and maneuver industrial materials.
• A strong work ethic with an eye for detail—accuracy matters when fulfilling custom orders!
• Forklift experience or certification is highly preferred.
• Reliability and a team-first attitude.
