Corporate Associate Attorney

The firm seeks a full time Corporate Attorney to assist in corporate M&A transactions revolving around the sale and purchase of businesses and to assist in general corporate matters related to the creation and day-to-day operations of businesses. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work hard in a fast paced environment and be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team of high performing attorneys.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting on due diligence projects for M&A transactions
• Drafting, reviewing and revising various transactional documents
• Identifying and relaying issues to clients and other attorneys in the firm
• Communicating and interacting with clients, attorneys and staff
• Developing practice area expertise, assisting with knowledge management and business development efforts
