Job Description
Equipment Driver 1st Shift Position - Compton, CA
Empire Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators with, Clamp, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
IMPORTANT: Candidates MUST have hands-on experience operating both Clamp and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) equipment to be considered for this position. Candidates with only Sit-Down Forklift experience will not qualify.
Candidates must also have a valid OSHA Forklift Certification, and be available for an interview/evalutaion before proceeding.
Duties & Requirements:
Must be experienced and certified in:
- Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) - REQUIRED
- Clamp - REQUIRED
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification - REQUIRED
- Dock stopper experience preferred
- Comfortable assisting with loading and unloading
- Perform general labor and warehouse duties as needed
- Fast-paced work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Schedule:
6:00 AM Start
Overtime and weekend availability required.
Pay Rate:
$19.75 per hour
