About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating efficient CNC programs using Mastercam for complex multi-axis milling operations, working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure optimal machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills using Mastercam for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis operations
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009
• Generate efficient toolpaths and post-process programs for Fanuc controls
• Create setup sheets, operation sheets, and supporting documentation for CNC machine setup
• Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for optimal cycle times and tool life
• Collaborate with setup machinists to troubleshoot programs and optimize setups
• Verify programs through simulation and first article inspection
• Support SPC processes and design tooling and fixtures as required
• Participate in the development of complex prototypes, fixtures, and assemblies
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Scheduling to ensure on-time delivery of quality products
• Continuously improve programming methods and machining efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Mastercam programming experience
• Proficiency in multi-axis CNC mill programming (3-axis required)
• Experience with Fanuc control post-processing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009)
• Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience programming 4-axis and 5-axis CNC mills
• Experience programming horizontal machining centers
• Hands-on CNC setup or machining experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Starting $40.00/hour, depending on experience
