Warehouse Associate / Reach Truck Operator / Order Picker
Hamilton, ON
$22.00 per hour
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Some weekends may be required)
Steady daytime shift – no rotating schedule
3PL Inc. is currently hiring Warehouse Associates / Reach Truck Operators to support a busy food production and distribution facility in Hamilton.
This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in keeping operations organized, safe, and running smoothly.
Immediate start available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive, verify, and store incoming products and materials
- Pick and stage orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment
- Operate Crown Reach Truck and Raymond Reach Truck forklifts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and product rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
- Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety procedures
Warehouse team members help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while supporting production and customer orders.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or reach truck experience
- Valid Crown Reach Truck and Raymond Reach Truck certification (required)
- Experience operating electric pallet jacks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in cooler or refrigerated areas
