Job Details:

• Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical
• Location: Salina, KS
• Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
• Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-hour shifts (0.9 FTE)
• Pay: $29.00 – $43.00 per hour (based on education and experience) + Benefits
• Differential: Additional $2.00/hr. shift and weekend differential
• Relocation: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

We are actively hiring Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple full-time night-shift openings. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs to join a supportive, collaborative, and patient-centered team.

Position Summary

The Med-Surg RN provides professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with professional standards and state regulations.

-> Nurses may work in 3SE, 4Med, or 5Surg with a maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, allowing for meaningful patient relationships and high-quality care.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and professional nursing practices

-> Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Kansas RN license or active Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Med-Surg experience is welcomed but not required
