Human Edge Healthcare Staffing is hiring compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the team in at a respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Dobbs Ferry, NY.

We're looking for caring professionals who enjoy working with seniors and are committed to delivering exceptional resident care. If you're reliable, experienced, and ready to work, we'd love to speak with you.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend required

Compensation

• Up to $25.00/hour
• Weekly Pay
• Direct Deposit
• Consistent Full-Time Hours

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Safely transfer and reposition residents using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with mobility, meals, and hydration.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.

Must-Haves

• Active New York State CNA Certification
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation setting
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work every other weekend

Nice to Have

• Experience caring for geriatric and rehabilitation residents
• Experience with dementia or memory care
• Knowledge of infection prevention and resident safety protocols
• Flexible availability for additional shifts
