A leading midstream energy firm is seeking a high-caliber Warehouse Associate III to oversee comprehensive material management operations across facilities in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. This position requires an accomplished logistics and inventory professional to manage receiving, inventory control, material kitting, and multi-site transport. Operating within an industrial warehouse setting, the successful candidate will execute critical SAP transactions, enforce safety standards, and ensure the seamless flow of materials to support ongoing preventive maintenance and urgent operational repairs.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute accurate receiving operations for inbound shipments by verifying quantities, part numbers, and documentation prior to completing formal receipts in SAP.
• Administer inventory control protocols and sign-out procedures to ensure precise front-end and back-end transaction accuracy within the ERP system.
• Pull, kit, label, and stage designated materials for preventive maintenance work orders while generating relevant pack lists and SAP documentation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and location audits to proactively investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including propane-powered forklifts, to maneuver, stage, and load inventory.
• Transport staged materials and emergency repair supplies utilizing a company-provided light-duty truck (F-250) across a regional network of facilities spanning Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse conditions through strict adherence to standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education credential.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive warehouse and material coordination experience, with demonstrated expertise in receiving, issuing, and inventory control.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record and full authorization to operate company vehicles.
• Active forklift certification, or the verified ability to obtain recertification upon hire.
• Direct operational proficiency utilizing SAP or an equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for inventory management.
• Physical capabilities allowing for extended periods of standing, walking, and manual lifting of up to 40 lbs unassisted.
• Willingness to work in an non-climate-controlled industrial warehouse environment across seasonal variations.
• Ability to fulfill pre-employment screening requirements, including background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and drug and alcohol testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized experience in material kitting and staging tailored for industrial maintenance organizations.
• Hands-on proficiency operating propane-powered forklift units.
• Working knowledge of warehouse slotting, min/max replenishment strategies, and advanced inventory accuracy protocols.
• Demonstrated history supporting logistics and material distribution for multi-site operations.

Employment Details

• Position Type: Contract (1-Year Duration, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs)
• Location: Fargo, OK (with regional travel to satellite operational sites across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas)
• Work Arrangement: On-site (Standard hours approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with potential for overtime as required)
