We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team for a Contract position supporting daily operational workflows during a contract coverage period. This assignment is expected to start on a part-time schedule in August, expand to a regular schedule in September, and continue through the first half of October. The ideal candidate will bring precision, sound judgment, and the ability to manage transaction-related tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Execute wire transfer activities with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Input transaction details and nominal financial amounts into internal records while maintaining data integrity.
• Review operational entries carefully to reduce errors and support compliant transaction handling.
• Prioritize assigned tasks effectively to meet daily processing deadlines in a busy workflow.
• Support the Operations team with dependable coverage during a contract leave period.
• Maintain organized documentation and clear records related to processed financial activity.• Demonstrated experience performing data entry with strong accuracy and consistency.
• Background handling financial transactions in a banking, lending, or related operational setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with consumer banking, consumer lending, or credit card industry operations is preferred.
• Understanding of operational performance measures, including call center metrics or similar service indicators, is a plus.
