Salina Regional Health Center is seeking an Informatics Pharmacist to support pharmacy technology, medication safety, and workflow optimization. This role combines clinical pharmacy expertise with healthcare technology to improve medication-use processes, enhance patient safety, and ensure regulatory compliance across pharmacy operations. Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• 8-hour shifts
• Potential hybrid schedule (remote 1 day/week)

Responsibilities

• Optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems and workflows.
• Improve medication safety, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage pharmacy technology solutions including automation systems, EHRs, smart IV pumps, and barcode medication systems.
• Support drug diversion monitoring programs and controlled substance compliance.
• Assist with medication-use processes and supply chain integrity.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, medication dispensing, and drug information support.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, IT, nursing, and healthcare teams.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience required.

Pay

• $56.73 – $81.73/hour (based on experience)
