Dock Loader / Unloader

Pay: $23.22/hr to start

  • 2nd shift & 3rd shift
  • Must be open to weekends, rotating 2 days off
Job Overview

We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll load and unload trailers, move product throughout the dock, and keep freight flowing efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is an active position that requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving product throughout your entire shift.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload delivery trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Move bread crates and products using oversized dollies.
  • Stage and organize product for shipping and distribution.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse and dock.
  • Maintain accurate product handling procedures.
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform continuous physical work throughout the shift.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repeatedly.
  • Comfortable maneuvering heavily loaded oversized dollies.
  • Strong attention to safety and proper lifting techniques.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse, dock, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience is helpful but not required.
