Bank Teller

A growing financial institution is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide exceptional member service while supporting branch operations, account opening, teller transactions, and consumer lending activities.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer, business, and IRA accounts
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions
• Assist members with consumer loan applications and documentation
• Support complex account types, including trusts and estate accounts
• Administer safe deposit box services
• Balance cash drawers and assist with ATM/cash recycler operations
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs

• 1-3 years of banking, credit union, or financial services experience
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions preferred
• Strong cash handling, customer service, and sales skills
• Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or GED required
