Job Description
We are seeking a skilled laborer to assist with a renovation project based in Damariscotta, ME at the Lincoln Health-Miles Campus. The project involves transforming the third floor of the hospital into a new oncology wing.
Responsibilities- Assist the site superintendent with various tasks.
- Patch holes in drywall.
- Perform light carpentry work.
- Conduct site clean-up when necessary.
- General labor
- Construction experience
- Carpentry and framing skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power equipment
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar construction role
- Ability to read blueprints
- Capability in finish work, site clean-up, and saw cuts
- Approachable demeanor suitable for a hospital setting
- Open to candidates with a proactive mindset willing to learn and take ownership of tasks

Work EnvironmentThe skilled laborer will work in a hospital setting alongside another team member managing the project. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
