Food Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Food Production Associate:Pay: $19ph
Position Summary

We're looking for dependable Food Production Associates to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you'll help produce quality baked goods by operating within the production process, loading and unloading materials, moving product through various stages of production, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Load products into ovens and assist throughout the baking process.
• Load and unload baking pans and production equipment.
• Move racks, carts, and materials throughout the production area.
• Monitor product flow to keep production running efficiently.
• Assist with production setup, cleanup, and changeovers as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and food quality.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warm, humid manufacturing environment.
