The role involves providing comprehensive support to our senior executives, including administrative tasks, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and other related duties. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to multitask.
Typical responsibilities include:
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Managing emails and prioritizing communications
Coordinating projects and deadlines across teams
Handling confidential information with discretion
Serving as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
