Job Description
Are you passionate about building relationships and making a difference in your community? Comfort Keepers is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Community Liaison to help grow our presence throughout Southwest Colorado and Northwest New Mexico.
As a Community Liaison, you'll be the face of Comfort Keepers—developing relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, senior living communities, physician offices, case managers, and community organizations while educating families about our award-winning home care services. This position also plays an important role in welcoming new clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction through regular in-home visits.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, physician offices, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources.
Represent Comfort Keepers at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and referrals.
Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients.
Assist with new client admissions, ensuring a smooth and positive start to services.
Conduct routine client check-in visits in clients' homes to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain quality of care.
Assist with caregiver recruiting including job fairs and community recruitment outreach
Conduct new hire orientation
Work closely with our office team to ensure an exceptional client experience from inquiry through ongoing care.
Track marketing activities, referral sources, and outreach efforts.

Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Is self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
Enjoys networking and meeting new people.
Has sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach experience (preferred).
Is comfortable interacting with clients and families in their homes.
Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel throughout our service area. As well as driving in different weather conditions.
Is passionate about helping seniors remain safe and independent at home.
