Mig and Tig Welder

Job Summary:
Match Staffing is seeking a skilled Welder with experience in MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding to fabricate and assemble high-quality metal products. The ideal candidate is able to read blueprints, produce clean and accurate welds, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding on a variety of metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
Prepare, fit, and weld parts to required specifications and tolerances.
Inspect completed welds for quality and make repairs when necessary.
Operate grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment.
Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.
Work with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
2+ years of MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
Experience with fabrication, fitting, and metal finishing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
AWS certification is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
