Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for someone to clean my brother's studio apartment. My brother had a stroke a few years back and due to some mobility issues post stroke struggles with detailed cleaning. He keeps things generally clean and tidy, but the bathroom, floors, etc. could use a consistent deeper clean either once or twice a month. When I am in town to visit and clean his entire unit, it takes me less than two hours. Happy to negotiate a flat fee per service or pay an hourly rate. I will be in town Aug 1-4 and am hoping to meet and find someone during this visit.
