Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for sales and service
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and customer information

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
