Maintenance Technician Lead

CDR ProSource is seeking a Maintenance Tech Lead to join our team in Elkhart, IN with experience in industrial maintenance . The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated individual with strong work ethics, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining and repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $21–$30+ per hour (based on experience and skills)
Schedule: To be discussed during interview

·Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery including CNC machines, welders, air compressors, air tools, fiberglass and lamination equipment, and hydraulic systems
· Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
· Read and interpret ladder logic, electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
· Order parts and coordinate with corporate office personnel
· Operate and maintain production equipment such as drill presses, chop saws, band saws, and metal fabrication equipment
· Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools for testing and repairs
· Operate forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, ladders, tractors, and lawn equipment
· Perform building maintenance and repairs (interior and exterior)
· Assist with data networking installation
· Coordinate and support cleanup crews, summer help, and janitorial personnel
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

· Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience required
· Strong knowledge of CNC/PLC systems
· Proficient in reading electrical schematics and ladder logic
· Experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
· Knowledge of ARC flash and lockout/tagout procedures
· Forklift certification preferred
· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring tools
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to work indoors without air conditioning and outdoors in all weather conditions
· Comfortable working in hot, cold, dusty, greasy, and noisy environments
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and bending
· Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
