Machine Maintenance

Triple C Enterprise,is looking for new member to join their machine maintenance team. Please note we will run background check before you will join the team including drug screening. The results must be a clean record.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools to produce maintenance parts and components, as well as modifying parts to ensure they meet exact specifications. This role is critical in supporting maintenance, production, and project teams by ensuring components are machined accurately and efficiently. We are looking for someone who has minimum of 5 years work experience at machineries or mechanical component manfacture environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for General Machinist / Maintenance:

• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.

• Repairs and/or installs heavy equipment or production line equipment machines.

• Assists in routine maintenance, the repair of and/or moving of heavy machinery within production environment.

• Must be able to read, interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

• Modify and repair mechanical parts and assemblies as required.

• Ensure all machine parts meet quality and safety standards.

• Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility.

• Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.

• Has general knowledge and ability to utilize machine and hand tools.

• Set up, operate, and maintain various machine tools.

• Perform measurements using instruments such as calipers, and gauges.

• Other duties assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for General Machinist / Maintenance:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on machine maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

• Strong knowledge of machining processes and best practices.

• Ability of read blueprints and engineering drawings is required.

• Have a basic problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Good communication and teamwork skills (This is very important for us).

• Is able to pass drug screening (This is drug free environment) and background check
