Maintenance Technician

Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills to support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and minimizing downtime to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose electrical systems up to 480v, including motors, drives, contactors, and limit switches.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Repair and maintain blenders, mixers, pumps, motors, fillers, sorters, packaging equipment, conveyors, and related production machinery.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience is required.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, including preventive maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings is preferred.
