Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who also has experience with electrical troubleshooting and wants to continue developing their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Wire and troubleshoot 3-phase motors and use a multimeter to diagnose electrical issues.
• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting, including understanding inputs and outputs through the HMI.
• Complete preventative maintenance and respond to reactive equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, rollers, chains, sprockets, belts, motors, hydraulic lines, electrical panels, and controls.
• Perform daily walkthroughs of production equipment and address maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with machine operators to diagnose issues and minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Experience wiring 3-phase motors and using a meter for troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and electrical controls.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Someone who is a self-starter and willing to learn the specific equipment and processes of the corrugated industry.
