Maintenance and Repair Mechanic

How do you picture your day unfolding? Envision yourself, poised under the mentorship of our Operational Team Leader, overseeing the art of machinery management in order to manufacture ends aligned with stringent quality measures and Best Practices.

• Strategically operate and maintain machines via a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), focusing on preventive techniques.
• Protect and elevate our partners’ brands by aligning with documented quality, operational standards, and procedures.
• Convey safety, quality, and production data precisely through our comprehensive documentation systems.
• Tackle equipment set-ups, operations, adjustments, repairs, and diagnostics with precision.
• Drive team development through the Trivium Production System (TPS), using standardized practices to overcome challenges.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• A distinct mechanical aptitude.
• Competency in basic computer operations and mathematics.
• Industrial or mechanical skill certifications/licensure are highly regarded.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing settings is desirable.

Salary: Between $22.00 and $24.42 per hour.

**Engaging Work Environment:**

In a vibrant, loud environment, you’ll be required to wear hearing protection as well as other assigned PPE while dealing with temperature variations ranging from cold (<60 degrees) to hot (>90 degrees) amidst fumes, dust, and odors.
