Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•  Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties located in the Austin area, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
•  Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds at all locations, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
•  Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
•  Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
•  Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
•  Repair and maintain tables, chairs, and other furniture
•  Power wash patios, walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces
•  Complete general handyman tasks and minor repairs throughout the properties
•  Ensure all three properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
