Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is looking for a Plant Maintenance Technician for a local culvert company in Columbia, MO. The ideal candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot & repair. There may also be some onsite traveling jobs as needed. Hours: 7am-330pm, Monday to Friday.
Starting Pay: $23.00/hr. with possible bonus pending performance!
Skills Needed:
- Mechanical Repair - Various types of Production equipment / General Maintenance
- Electrical Repair and Installation as needed - PLC / Controls / Multi-phase wiring
- Hydraulics - Cylinders / Pumps / Control Valves
- Pneumatics - Cylinders / Control Valves / General Tools
- Troubleshooting - Evaluate and repair any given unit for any issue
- Welding - Basic welding skill required to aid in existing types of possible maintenance or repair issues
- Automotive - Basic Mechanical skills / Forklift repair and or maintenance / Possible Semi-trailer and minor truck repair or maintenance
- Plumbing - General Mechanical / Machine Plumbing / Pneumatics Plumbing / Electrical Conduit / Possible Water
- Weekly Inspections as required.
- Parts procurement and planning for all assigned projects given.
- Develop new ideas and concepts.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Candidate should be safety-minded.
Good attendance and punctuality are required.
Dress code requirements include steel-toed boots and long pants.
Must be able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug test.
Employer does not allow THC.
Weekly pay, benefits, and time off.
