Location: Chattanooga TN

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and setting up machinery to ensure smooth operations. If you’re a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on a variety of machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- 2 years of experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Preferred Experience:
- Blueprint reading: 1 year
- CNC operation, including lathe and milling machines: 1 year
- Electrical systems: 1 year
- Welding: 1 year
- Groundskeeping: 1 year
