About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Prescott M6 LLC as a Hotel Maintenance professional in beautiful Prescott, AZ! In this exciting role, you will ensure our facilities are in top condition, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel amenities and common areas.
• Document all maintenance activities and report to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
