Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Mechanic to join our team in North Haven, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Inspect and test machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand and climb
• Ability to bend, walk, pick up 50lbs
