As a Unit Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining clinical excellence throughout your assigned unit.
What You'll Do:✅ Oversee daily clinical operations of the unit
✅ Supervise and mentor nursing staff
✅ Coordinate resident care plans and interdisciplinary communication
✅ Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
✅ Monitor documentation, assessments, and resident outcomes
✅ Partner with residents and families to enhance satisfaction and quality of care
✔ Current LPN or RN license in Ohio
✔ Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
✔ Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
✔ A positive attitude and commitment to excellent resident care

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
Lift and transfer residents as needed (with assistance when necessary)
Manual dexterity for handling medical equipment and documentation
Must be able to respond effectively to emergencies and manage stressful situations professionally
