Residential Cleaner – 1099 Independent Contractor

SC Green Cleaners is seeking reliable, detail-oriented 1099 Independent Contractors to provide high-quality residential cleaning services for our clients. This is an independent contractor opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, are dependable, and enjoy creating clean, healthy, and welcoming spaces.

Responsibilities:

    ●    Provide professional residential cleaning services, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces

    ●    Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and surface cleaning

    ●    Clean appliances, fixtures, floors, and high-touch areas as needed

    ●    Change linens, make beds, and complete laundry services when requested

    ●    Follow client preferences, cleaning checklists, and SC Green Cleaners’ quality standards

    ●    Use cleaning products and equipment safely, including eco-friendly cleaning methods

    ●    Maintain professionalism, respect clients’ homes, and protect personal belongings

    ●    Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the SC Green Cleaners team

    ●    Manage assigned cleaning appointments and complete work efficiently and independently

Qualifications:

    ●    Cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

    ●    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

    ●    Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated

    ●    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    ●    Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

    ●    Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (if applicable)

    ●    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
• Available to work: holidays
• Willing to travel locally
• 6+ months of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
