Production Worker II - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in custom packaging manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker II to join their team. As a Production Worker II, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to the organization’s success.

Job Title: Production Worker II

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Operate various manufacturing equipment pneumatic nail guns, pneumatic staplers, orbital and belt sanders
• Follow manufacturing instructions closely to ensure product quality and safety
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
• Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits
• Use Oracle system to accurately report production data and maintain records

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Previous woodworking experience
• Reliability and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working in ambient temperatures and following safety protocols
