Warehouse Operator (All Shifts Available)

Join our warehouse team in a stable, long-term role. We’re looking for reliable team players with reach truck experience to help keep our inventory moving safely and accurately across various shift schedules.

About the Role

In this permanent position, you will operate a reach truck to move, store, and stage inventory using RF scanners. You'll play a key role in maintaining an organized warehouse and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve pallets in high-bay racking systems.
• Inventory Management: Use RF scanners to pick, put away, and verify stock accurately.
• Staging & Logistics: Stage inbound and outbound materials in designated areas for loading/unloading.
• Safety & Maintenance: Perform basic pre/post-shift equipment checks and follow warehouse safety guidelines.
• Teamwork: Maintain a clean work area and coordinate with team members to resolve minor inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment.
• Comfort using RF scanners and basic warehouse management tools.
• Flexibility or reliability for your assigned shift schedule (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
• Physical ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
• Valid reach truck certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
