Pay: $22/hour

Experience: Previous experience in apartment maintenance or excellent handyman skills.

Education: HVAC certification or other relevant technical certifications are required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances, and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid costly repairs and ensure optimal property operations.
• Address work orders efficiently and document completed tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including minor repairs and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain the upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or excellent handyman skills.
• Flexibility to handle emergency maintenance requests, if needed.
• Proficiency in basic repair and maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Familiarity with property management software or maintenance tracking tools is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
