Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Full-Time)
Locations: Arvada, CO; Thornton, CO; Lakewood, CO

• Compensation: $55–$70/hour (based on experience and licensure)

• This position requires the flexibility to work across all three clinic locations in Arvada, Thornton, and Lakewood, Colorado

POSITION SUMMARY:

• As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries while working alongside an experienced clinical team. You'll play a key role in delivering efficient, compassionate, evidence-based care and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and urgent medical conditions
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic tests
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide follow-up care
• Perform urgent care procedures within your scope of practice
• Recognize, stabilize, and manage medical emergencies when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive healthcare
• Coordinate referrals to specialists or higher levels of care as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Current DEA registration and state-controlled substance certification (as required)
• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience (required)
• Ability and willingness to work at all three clinic locations in Arvada, Thornton, and Lakewood
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to patient care
