Nurse Practitioner - Flexible Schedlule!

UHealth is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our post-acute care team and provide high-quality patient care right in your community. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who values autonomy and strong clinical support in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

As a Nurse Practitioner with UHealth, you’ll manage and coordinate care for your own patient panel while benefiting from comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and dedicated Medical Director oversight. We set our providers up for success so you can focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide thoughtful, patient-centered care to a post-acute population
• Coordinate care with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and specialists
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete daily documentation in the electronic medical record accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner with experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or General Practice
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
• Active NP license and unencumbered DEA license
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
• Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused approach
