Retail Salesperson

The Retail Salesperson plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within a medium-sized team of 6-15 members. Reporting directly to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, this role requires self-management and a strong focus on meeting customer needs during mostly weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Conduct accurate sales transactions and cash handling
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock replenishment
• Apply detailed product knowledge to inform customers
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising displays

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
