Waterproofing Laborer

We are seeking a dependable Waterproofing Technician / Laborer to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll install and repair waterproofing systems on commercial and residential construction projects. Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing installation, repairs, and maintenance on commercial construction projects.
• Prepare surfaces and install waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants, and related materials.
• Safely operate scissor lifts and boom lifts to access elevated work areas.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies.
• Travel between job sites as needed using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Install sheet membranes, fluid-applied waterproofing systems, caulking, sealants, and expansion joint systems.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, patching, and priming as required.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial waterproofing required.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on commercial and residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and waterproofing products.
• Additional construction certifications are a plus.
