Patient Services Representative

Position Summary:
Our busy pediatric office in Orlando is seeking a compassionate, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, provides excellent customer service, and can manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.

• Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.

• Answer phone calls, return messages, and route calls appropriately.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Handle medical record requests and complete necessary forms.

• Communicate clearly and courteously with patients, parents, and clinical staff.

• Assist with updating patient information and verifying demographics.

• Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays may be required).
