PROSTAR Staffing is partnering with a well-established pharmaceutical packaging facility and is currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Pharmaceutical Packers
  • Material Handlers
  • Porters
  • Machine Operators
  • Operator Assistants

Pay Rate

  • $15.92 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Available Shifts

1st Shift - Production
Monday - Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift - Production
Monday - Friday
  • 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM

Saturday
  • 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

Work Locations
  • West Caldwell, NJ
  • Paterson, NJ

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble and label medication packages, ensuring accurate counts and proper documentation.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, appearance, labeling, and functionality.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and product quality.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance teams to support efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all workplace safety procedures.
  • Perform duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Background check required.
  • Drug screening required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Noise levels may range from moderate to high.
