Home-Based Print / Heat Press Operator

We seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Home-Based Print and Heat Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will bring our unique, expressive custom apparel designs to life directly from your home workspace. We provide the professional printing and heat press machinery—you supply the technical expertise, precision, and passion for quality craftsmanship.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Setup, calibrate, and operate company-provided digital printers and heat press equipment.
• Alignment & Pressing: Ensure flawless placement, correct temperature, and precise timing for transfer applications on apparel.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished garments against Motif Tales standards to eliminate alignment, peeling, or color defects.
• File Management: Review incoming customer job orders and manage digital print files efficiently.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of blank apparel, inks, and shipping supplies within your workspace.

• Order Fulfillment: Safely package completed items and prepare them for courier pickup or distribution.

   

🛠️ Job Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating heat presses, DTF, or sublimation equipment.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of fabric types, heating profiles, and print alignment.
• Dedicated Workspace: A safe, well-ventilated home area with adequate electrical capacity to run commercial print machinery safely.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on color accuracy, crisp design transfers, and flaw detection.

• Self-Management: Highly organized individual capable of meeting strict production deadlines independently.
