Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Has had several surgeries lately on his legs. Uses a walker but very unstable and weak. Breakfast, pills, get ready for the day and make sure bed is clean. Wash and remake bed if needed. About the care needs: Need help with transfer, possibly showering, light food prep. My mother lives there but it is too much for her to handle. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
