About who needs care: Has Parkinsons disease. Needs help getting ready for bed, toileting, helping moving with walker and wheelchair and dressing. Is mentally alert There are 2 positions available. A day shift from 9-4 with flex to stay til 5 An evening shift from 9-10:30 to get him ready for bed by taking to toilet, to bed and change. About the care needs: Caring person with nursing aide skills Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
