Caregiver Needed

About who needs care: They have type two diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease. My grandpa currently has an ulcer is and is on a liquid diet. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and can help him remind him to eat and drink water throughout the day so that his blood sugar is stable. We also need someone to help prepare the food and administer medication. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, hygiene and mobility assistance.
