About who needs care: Underlying condition. Serve breakfast, give medication, bath and check their vitals, wait to see if he needs anything, as well as assisting him getting to and from restroom. Feed him lunch wait to see if he need anything as well as checking his vitals, and in the evening check vitals again and give medication. About the care needs: Responsible, patient, caring, someone with experience of basic knowledge of checking vitals, temperatures, follow directions, know how to read medications and follow instructions when giving medications. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
