About who needs care: Hard of hearing. Uses a rolator for walking. Becoming very forgetful. Needs help with simple breakfast. Ideally she wants someone to listen to her talk. About the care needs: No specialized skills. Clear English speaker important especially since she has hearing difficulties. She keeps an eye out for the deer in her yard.
