About who needs care: She is in Dialysis, needs transportation to Dialysis center several days a week, also help in the house during the day, to measure daily health symptoms, she is very week, have had several visits to the hospital in the past couple of months About the care needs: Somebody who can speak Spanish, can drive and help with daily activities, clean after her, administering medicine, measure blood pressure and other physical items Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
