Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Dad is very pleasant and mobile however he has difficulty with short term memory. His two daughters visit frequently and offer ongoing support and care coordination. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping and meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction.
